Matthew Tulchin graduated magna cum laude in 2005 from Brooklyn Law School where he served as Executive Articles and Symposium Editor for the Journal of Law and Policy. A native of Chapel Hill, Professor Tulchin received his Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University. Tulchin and his family returned home to North Carolina from New York City in 2011, and he began his present position with the Attorney General’s office. Tulchin’s experience includes a judicial clerkship with Chief Judge Edward R. Korman, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, and practice as a member of the Commercial Litigation, White Collar Crime and SEC Enforcement groups at Goodwin Procter LLP in New York, New York. Professor Tulchin is admitted to practice in New York and North Carolina, and he joined the Campbell Law LRW faculty in 2012 after teaching U.S. Legal Analysis, Research and Writing for International Students in Duke Law School’s LLM program in 2011. He enjoys cooking, playing and watching soccer, and spending time with his family.
