Perry R. Safran

Perry Safran founded Safran Law Offices shortly after graduating as a member of the third Campbell Law class.  Perry went on to be a founding member of the NC Bar’s Construction Law Section.  Since 1981, Safran has represented General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Owners, and Architects in litigation and other general business matters.

Perry now serves as a member of the NC Turnpike Authority and The Centennial Authority, which acts as the landlord for the PNC Arena, home of the Carolina Hurricanes, NCSU Basketball and numerous other entertainment events.

From his office in historic Boylan Heights on the edge of downtown Raleigh, Perry continues to shape the course of the construction industry in NC.  He frequently travels, lecturing and publishing nationally on a variety of construction industry topics. Through numerous trade associations, he is involved in several legislative-drafting projects involving the construction industry. Perry is also a registered arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association and sits on the boards of several industry associations. He has been a guest adjunct professor at North Carolina State University, and is a former Raleigh City Council Member.
