Pat Meacham


Mr. Meacham is a partner at McGuire Woods LLP. He is a trial lawyer with a broad litigation practice that focuses on health care, products liability, contractual disputes and complex business matters. He has represented corporations and individuals in trials involving alleged tortious conduct and professional negligence. He has tried numerous catastrophic injury cases, and in the process, has conducted and defended hundreds of party, fact witness and expert witness depositions, including preparing corporate representatives to give sworn testimony. Mr. Meacham has managed extensive discovery projects and overseen extensive trial preparation activities. His previous experience includes working at Helms Mullis & Wicker, PLLC.  He was a partner at Patterson Dilthey Clay Bryson and Anderson, LLC, and served as Special Assistant to the Administrator at the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention of the U.S. Department of Justice.
