Kari Johnson


Kari Johnson is a 1988 cum laude graduate of Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was a member of Wake Forest Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Board, and a Research/Writing teaching assistant. Johnson obtained her B.S. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from East Carolina University.  Since 1988, Johnson has practiced with Cranfill, Sumner & Hartzog, LLP in Raleigh, where she is a member of the firm’s Appellate Section; her practice focuses on defense of municipalities and police departments throughout the State of North Carolina in civil rights and other actions. Prior to joining Campbell’s LRW Adjunct faculty in 2010, Johnson served as an adjunct professor of Research, Reasoning, Writing & Advocacy at UNC School of Law.
