Michael Todd

Mr. Todd is Senior Counsel at Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions, Inc., an affiliate company of IBM.  During 2011-2012, Mr. Todd serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at UnitedLex Corporation.  Prior to joining UnitedLex, from 2003-2011 Mr. Todd was a Senior Vice President-Corporate Counsel and Assistant Secretary for American Tower (including its predecessor SpectraSite, Inc.), a global F500 telecommunications company. Prior to 2003, Mr. Todd served as a Partner at Womble Carlyle, one of the largest law firms based in the southeastern U.S.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Todd served as an associate at a prominent New York-based law firm, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, and served as Senior Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. Since 2006, he has served as an Adjunct Professor at Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in Raleigh, North Carolina, and teaches Federal Securities Regulation, with an emphasis on understanding corporate finance issues from a case study perspective.
