Lucas S. Osborn

Lucas Osborn teaches and writes in the area of Intellectual Property Law, with a focus on Patent Law. Professor Osborn serves as the Director of Campbell Law School’s Intellectual Property Law Program and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News, and local publications.  Before coming to Campbell, he  served as an attorney in the Intellectual Property section of Fulbright & Jaworski in Houston, TX. At Fulbright, his practice focused on patent litigation, patent prosecution and intellectual property licensing. He is also licensed to practice in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark office.
