* Required if no track selected.  If Advocacy Track selected, both courses are required in satisfaction of the
planning course requirement.  If Business Tract selected, neither course is required; however, Advanced 
Trial and Appellate Advocacy will saisfy an elective requirement.
# If Adv. Trial Ad is selected, there is a 1-hour component in the spring.
** Courses fulfilling these requirement can be taken at any time subject to prerequisites.
All students must take a planning course.  The tracks include a planning course as a requirement for that
track.  If students do not opt for a track area of emphasis, they must take a planning course as an elective.
