For some students, the prospect of finding legal employment-whether a summer clerkship or a permanent position-is challenging and stressful. The process of job hunting can be time-consuming and labor intensive.
The Career Services Office (CSO) does not find employment for students, rather we assist students in realizing their career potential in the field of law. We equip students with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful job search and serve as a liaison between students and the tools needed to attract potential employers.
Career Services Office student programs:
- Career Services Resource Center including resource material and computer lab
- Seminars
- Counseling sessions
- Resume development, letter writing, interview technique
- Job Fair listing and preparation
- Job listings
- On-campus interviews (OCIs)
- Resume collections
- Direct application submissions
